Does the voltage increase on 10Base2 and 10Base5 ethernet when the signal is reflected? Will this trigger the collision detection?

From what I understand, the collision detection will become true when the voltage on 10base2 or 10base5 coax is abnormal. Quote from Wikipedia:

If termination is missing, or if there is a break in the cable, the AC signal on the bus is reflected, rather than dissipated when it reaches the end. This reflected signal is indistinguishable from a collision, and so no communication is possible.

So, when signal is reflected due to poor/no termination or there is break in the cable, it causes the voltage to increase along the 10Base2 and 10Base5 cables?

arduino - Can I use TI's cc2541 BLE as micro controller to perform operations/ processing instead of ATmega328P AU to save cost?

I am using arduino pro mini (which contains Atmega328p AU ) along with cc2541(HM-10) to process and transfer data over BLE to smartphone. I...
