Streaming video using BLE or classic Bluetooth 4.0?

BLE only has a data payload of 100Kbps so I was wondering if it is possible to stream a live video using Bluetooth Low Energy?

Classic Bluetooth 4.0 has a data payload of 2Mbps which makes it easier to transmit the video but I am more concern about the total power so want to implement the BLE. Can I get the same result when I use BLE to stream the video?

arduino - Can I use TI's cc2541 BLE as micro controller to perform operations/ processing instead of ATmega328P AU to save cost?

I am using arduino pro mini (which contains Atmega328p AU ) along with cc2541(HM-10) to process and transfer data over BLE to smartphone. I...
